During Fiscal Year 24/25 that just ended on June 30, 2025, FM posted a 5.67 OSHA Incident Rate, a number that is believed to represent our lowest year-end Incident Rate ever.   The Incident Rate is a ratio that is calculated from the following formula:

(Number of Injuries and Illnesses X 200,000)

This stellar achievement is a result of the vigilant safety awareness, attention to safety detail and proper use of PPE that is pervasive among our FM employees, and we could not be more proud of them.   The chart below depicts how this important metric has significantly improved over the past 12 years.   Congratulations to the FM workforce and their leaders for making safety a top priority  in our daily activities and safeguarding our moist important resource…..our employees!
