Minor Renovations & Alterations

Facilities Management can perform minor construction, refurbishments, and building alterations costing up to $50,000. Any improvement, construction, addition, alteration, upgrade, or modernization is considered premium work and provided by recharge. Our in-house staff provides a wide array of services, and can provide written estimates, scope of work, and will work with campus staff in scheduling projects around the needs of the department.

  • Key cutting
  • Upgrading or moving electrical outlets
  • Office painting
  • Re-keying of locks
  • Carpet installation
  • Name plates and signage
  • Refrigerator and freezer repair
  • Small event set-up
  • Auto-clave repair
