Facilities Management's Billing on the Web (BOTW) site allows you to view your detailed bill with the charges for each month, work orders, short descriptions of the work, and past bills that have been archived.
All costs (frequently referred to as time and materials) for blanket orders are recharged to your department on the General Ledger. For estimated jobs, you receive a fixed price for the work requested. The entire amount is liened when you approved the estimate. The job is billed for 75% at the time of the lien, and then billed the additional 25% when the job is completed. These charges also appear on the General Ledger.

To request access or a password reset, please visit http://botw.admin.ucla.edu/. New users will need to provide the department code and FAU(s) that they need access to. Customer Service will respond with a username and password that you can login with.
